Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Earth Edit, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality landscaping and outdoor services. If you are not fully satisfied with our work, we are committed to making it right.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Because we provide custom, labor-based services, we generally do not offer cash refunds once a project has begun or been completed. However, we may offer:

 

  • Revisions or touch-ups at no additional cost (within a reasonable timeframe)

  • Partial refunds or discounts in rare cases, based on the nature of the concern and at our discretion

3. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits: Any deposits made to secure a service date are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made at least 5 business days before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

 

4. Weather Delays

In the event of weather-related delays, services will be rescheduled at the earliest available date. No refunds will be issued for delays outside of our control.

5. Products and Materials

If materials or products were purchased specifically for your project (e.g. soil, stone, plants), they are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered or installed.

6. How to Request a Refund or Revision

If you’re unhappy with the results of a service, please notify us within 3 business days of service completion. Contact us with:

 

  • Your name

  • The service date

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review and respond within 5 business days.
